Three steps
How Import Works
Export a transaction file from your online banking, then upload it. Most banks offer CSV or Excel. The app maps supported bank formats automatically.
Bank not on the list? Upload the file anyway. Our AI loader reads it, works out what each column probably is, and shows you its guesses before anything loads. Agree with what it found, hit Load, and you're in.
Your transactions are stored securely in the cloud once they're loaded. You can delete everything in a few clicks any time, and re-upload your exports later whenever you're ready to pick back up.

After signing up, the Get Transactions page includes links to export instructions for: Bank of Queensland, Commonwealth Bank, Macquarie Bank, Suncorp, Westpac, Lloyds (AU accounts).

Prefer to enter transactions manually, or keep them somewhere else entirely, like a spreadsheet you already maintain? Use our Excel template with the required columns and date format, then upload it the same way. Available inside the app after you sign up.
Your Data Stays Yours
Linking your bank login is not required. You export a file yourself and choose to upload it.
That means you decide exactly what enters the app, because you're the one choosing what to export and upload in the first place. Once it's in, it's stored securely in the cloud so you can use it, but we're not in there looking at it. It's yours to see, not ours.
We don't sell transaction data, and we don't use it for anything beyond building your own finance views. You can delete all of it in a few clicks, any time. Read our Privacy Policy and data security article for more detail.
