1. Using the service

Where Does My Money Go helps you organise and understand personal finance data. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload and for decisions you make using the app.

2. General information only

The service provides general information and tools. It is not personal financial, legal, taxation, or investment advice. Seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

3. Your account

You must keep your login details secure and only upload transaction data you are authorised to process. We may restrict access where an account is misused or where trial/subscription access has expired. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Payments and trials

Free trial length, subscription plans, and pricing are shown before you subscribe. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

If you subscribe through our website, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider and is subject to their payment terms.

If you subscribe through the iOS app, payment is processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same length and at the price shown at the time of purchase, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings on your device. Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's own Terms of Service.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every data import will be supported.

6. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains browser storage, including optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that are only set if you accept them. By using the site you agree to essential cookies required to operate the service; optional analytics require your consent where applicable law requires it.

7. Affiliate program

If you join the affiliate program, the Affiliate Terms also apply. Joining does not replace these Terms of Service or grant free product access.
