Export a file from your bank, upload it, sort your spending into categories that make sense to you, then check the cash flow table and dashboard. Most people spend one to two hours a month doing this: importing transactions, checking they match what you expected, adding receipts if needed, and reviewing where things stand. After that, the table's just there. Most of its value isn't the hour you spend updating it, it's having an answer ready any time you're wondering whether you can afford something.

Do I Need to Connect My Bank Account?

No. Linking your bank login is not required. You export a file yourself and upload it, so you control exactly what we see.

Which Banks and File Formats Are Supported?

We support transaction files exported from a long list of banks (CSV and Excel are the most common), including Lloyds, Barclays, HSBC, NatWest, and Monzo. Manual Excel templates and QIF files work too.

What If My Bank Is Not Listed?

Export a transaction file from your bank and upload it anyway. Our AI loader will work out the columns and show you what it found before anything loads. Prefer to enter transactions manually, or keep them somewhere else entirely? Use the Excel template instead.

Can I Upload Files From More Than One Account?

Yes, load as many files as you like and see them together in one cash flow table and dashboard.

How Do I Import My Transactions?

Export a transaction file from your online banking, then upload it. Supported bank formats are mapped automatically. Your transactions are stored securely in the cloud once they're loaded. You can delete everything in a few clicks any time and upload again later.

How Does the AI Loader Read a Bank File?

If the format isn't one we already recognise, the AI loader reads the file, works out what each column probably is, and shows you its guesses before anything loads. You agree with what it found, hit Load, and you're in. Nothing is imported until you confirm.

Do You Sell My Transaction Data?

No, never. It's only ever used to build your own finance views inside the app.

Does AI Categorisation Send All My Data to a Third Party?

No. When you use AI assisted rule creation, only the unassigned transaction groups get sent for review, not your whole history. And you check every suggestion before any rule actually gets created.

What Data Is Used When AI Reads a Receipt?

Only the details needed to match a receipt to a transaction are reviewed, never your full financial history. Every AI suggested match is something you approve, not something that happens automatically behind the scenes. Your receipts are never used to train AI models and are never shared with model providers.

Can I Use the App in Australia, the UK, and the US?

Yes. We run separate sites for Australia, the UK, and the US, so pick the one for your region. Just know accounts don't transfer between them.
